What is worth reporting

• A tool produced an incorrect result for a real file.
• A tool failed when it should have worked.
• Something is broken, unreadable, or inaccessible.

Please do not send your original bank statement or other sensitive documents by email. A description of the problem is enough. If useful, include the tool name, the steps you took, and what happened.
